Full cyberpunk. The front door is now a real WebGL scene. The mask stops being a picture and becomes a 3D object, an extruded face plate lit with a warm key and a cold rim, with an emissive mouth that rides the same live waveform the rest of the site uses. Neon arrives, but only as glow mixed from the locked colors, never a new hue, and never behind body copy. There is a command palette on the slash key and on Command or Control plus K that searches every field log, page to page navigation uses view transitions where the browser supports them, and a new colophon documents exactly how the thing is built. It should read as a current, high craft site that could win an award, while still being hand written, self hosted, and free of anything loaded from someone else's server.

• HeroA real 3D mask rendered with WebGL through self hosted Three.js. Cyan rim light on the mask only, an emissive crimson waveform mouth, pointer and scroll driven. A complete static hero shows with no WebGL or reduced motion.
• NeonEmissive glow and HUD framing on the chrome, hero and marks, every glow mixed from the existing tokens with color-mix, no new base color. Body copy stays full contrast.
• PaletteA command palette on the slash key and Command or Control plus K, searching every field log and section from a JSON index baked in at build time. No request, keyboard driven.
• MotionCross document view transitions where supported, scroll driven section reveals with native scroll timelines, all switched off under reduced motion.
• KeptThe locked palette, the four section colors, the alive waveform, the KC voice, and zero external resource loads. The library is vendored and pinned.

The modern leap. For four builds everything on this site was set in one monospace font, which made it read like a terminal readout no matter what the layout did. v005 changes that. A real modern typeface now carries the headlines and the body copy with proper hierarchy, and the KC mono drops from carrying everything to an accent layer, eyebrows, labels, tags, section markers and code. The flat ledger look gives way to designed panels with genuine depth, a wider editorial shell, and motion that feels smooth instead of mechanical. Same mask, same alive waveform, same locked palette, same four section colors, same voice.

• TypeSpace Grotesk carries display and headlines, Inter carries body. Both self hosted in the repo as variable fonts, no CDN. Mono demoted to the accent layer.
• ShapeWider editorial shell, real vertical rhythm, a two column card grid on desktop, and a home page that reads as a landing rather than a readout.
• DepthPanels that lift off the ground on hover, rounded corners, hairline borders, a section colored left edge doing the wayfinding instead of a solid slab.

Instrument panel, alive and reactive. The waveform stopped being decoration and became an instrument that responds, publishing a live amplitude every frame that the rest of the chrome rides on. Panels gained readouts and the top strip became a status bar with a running clock. Preserved here at /v004 exactly as it shipped.

Color arrives. The four section colors were hairlines for two builds. Here they carry structure, section plates, colored panel edges, full color dividers and a section colored strip across the top chrome. The home page dropped the map grid for a signal board of four full width channel bands. Preserved here at /v003 exactly as it shipped.

One hardware generation up. Same terminal, newer silicon. Flat rows gained real depth, the header waveform became a live travelling wave, and the field logs split into two registers on one page, the Story in KC voice and the Build underneath it as a literal copy pasteable how to.
