Versions

Color arrives. The four section colors were hairlines for two builds. Now they carry structure. Every section landing rides a solid colored plate, panel edges and dividers run the accent at full strength, and the header strip wears the current section's color so the color does the wayfinding. The home page is the big move: it drops the old map grid for a signal board, four full width channel bands stacked top to bottom, each one wearing its own locked color at display size, so the front door reads in color at a glance. Same mask, same waveform, same type, same four color map. Louder, not different.

• Shapehome becomes a signal board: a masthead over four full width color channels, then two entry tickets. No map grid.
• AddedStructural color. Colored section plates, colored panel edges, full color dividers, a section color strip across the top chrome.
• AddedThe home waveform runs the full four color map instead of a single gray. Taller, chunkier bars, a livelier travelling wave.
• AddedThree way version switcher. v003 is the front door, v002 preserved at /v002, v001 preserved at /v001.
• KeptLocked token layer, the mask, the waveform concept, the four section accents. Flat color only, no gradient, no glow, radius still zero. Zero external resources.

One hardware generation up. Same terminal, newer silicon: the flat rows gained real elevation, the header waveform stopped being a still picture and became a live travelling wave, the display type stepped up a size. The big structural move was the field logs, which split into two registers on one page, the Story in KC voice and the Build, a literal copy-pasteable how-to underneath it. A persistent version switcher rode in the top chrome. Preserved here at /v002 exactly as it shipped.

• Shapelogs go two-layer (Story register plus a raised Build panel). home, kit, signal kept their bones and took the new skin.

First build. Terminal ledger. Home ran as a manifesto plus a four section map, logs are dense ledger rows, kit is a spec sheet, versions is this changelog rail, signal is an austere letter. No cards, no hero, no rounded corners. The waveform carries the section color on every page. Preserved at /v001 exactly as it shipped.
